For hygiene reasons and to ensure the highest standards for all our customers, we can only accept returns on panties that:

✔ are unused,
✔ are in their original packaging,
✔ have all labels intact,
✔ and have not been in direct contact with skin.

Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Shipping areas
We currently ship within Sweden and the EU.
Free shipping within Sweden. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
100SEK from each piece is donated to Unizon.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

• Sweden: 2–4 business days (PostNord or equivalent)

• EU: 4–8 business days

Orders within the EU are shipped without additional customs fees. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
