For hygiene reasons and to ensure the highest standards for all our customers, we can only accept returns on panties that:

✔ are unused,
✔ are in their original packaging,
✔ have all labels intact,
✔ and have not been in direct contact with skin.

Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
