Every SKOGSRÅ coat is created in dialogue with the person who will wear it. No two coats are alike. Each one begins with a conversation and develops through a shared creative process.

Whenever possible, I invite you to experience the collection in person through an exhibition, showing or studio visit. Here you can explore the coats, discover the materials and hear the stories behind the work.

A Conversation Begins

Together we explore the available materials, colours and possibilities. Whether we meet in person or online, this conversation becomes the starting point for your coat.

The Work Continues

Once the materials and details have been agreed upon, the making of the wearable art piece begins.

Crafted by Hand

Every SKOGSRÅ is made entirely by trained hands.

Materials are sourced, silkscreen printed, embroidered, knitted and sewn in Sweden and/or Portugal.

 

The entire process is personally overseen by Maud Karlsson Lima de Faria.
